Termite inspections are a comprehensive visual inspection carried out to the property for evidence of live termite activity and/or termite workings or damage. It will also include sections on conditions conducive to termite attack, if evidence of previous termite management programs and other sections relevant to the inspection. Areas readily accessible for inspection will include interior, exterior, roof void space (if applicable), subfloor space (if applicable), roof exterior, outbuildings & the site. Findings of the inspection will be recorded on a report along with recommendations including termite management plan.
